Holy Page Counts, Batman

I went on a tear yesterday. I ended up with 21 pages. Wow. This morning I went through it and did some edits. Some of it I decided was unnecessary or repetitive and knocked it out and the last scene I decided to change up, so I added four new pages today.

I think keeping the original character names was the right decision. Ever since I made it, I feel like I have my characters back and the story is flowing. I still have some plot points to figure out, but I'm getting lost in the story again and figuring some new things as I go. I didn't even realize the time this morning. If I hadn't just glanced up at the clock I probably would have been late for work. I thought only a half hour had passed since I sat down but it had been an hour and a half. Time flies when you're in the zone.

I had an epiphany as I fixing the scene this morning too which will create a subplot that strengthens my hero's character arc. Good stuff.

Total page count this week so far: 35 pages.

Holy smokes, Kelly. What kind of java do you drink? I need to start buying that kind.

Anyway, that is fantastic. At this rate, you will be finished before your birthday.

I know you hate dogs in costumes, but I have to say I'm glad you posted this little Caped Crusader.
