Election Day

Ah yes, Election Day. Sigh...I miss Trudeau. How to pick between the lesser of numerous evils, that's what it has come to. It's days like this when I wish I could reach into the television screen, yank out Jed Bartlett and make him Prime Minister.

On the plus side - another awesome writing day. Six new pages that practically typed themselves and left off at the moment right before the first kiss. An easy enough point to jump back into come tomorrow.

The painting of my living room and dining room is complete and it looks fabulous. Merci, mon pere. It's so warm and cozy I want to just sit in there and never leave. I rearranged the furniture and de-cluttered the space removing a few items so it has the nice airy feel of a seaside cottage.

And now, I'm off to exercise my option as a citizen of the democracy and vote.

Jed Bartlett for Prime Minister - I'm down with that!!! Especially as WW has now been officially cancelled - not like he has anything to do.

6 pages - way cool. You're just steaming along.

At least you're voting. Even though, like you, I agree it's a choice between the lesser of all evils, every time I'm tempted not to, I just remember what women were doing 100 years ago in order to GET us the right to vote.

Kelly that's exactly how I look at Election day, too. The lesser of numerous evils...sigh...
Yay on the six pages. I'm having a hard time getting into the groove this morning.

Yay for the writing! Six pages is awesome!

A seaside cottage sounds simply lovely. What colors did you have your living room painted?

The living room was called Windham Cream I think and the other one was something flax. But basically it was a soft buttery color, one a bit darker than the other.
