I think there is some kind of spooky drug in Neo Citrin that makes you have these long, epic dreams that go on all night and cover a full range of adventures. I've been battling the start of a cold by downing a hot cup of the lemony goodness in the evenings before bed and three nights in a row I've had these epic dreams. They fade fairly quickly when I wake up, leaving behind little remnants that I'll remember as the day goes on, but the impression of them seems to stay with me. Weird. Fun, but weird.
Meanwhile, bizarre nocturnal wanderings aside, today didn't start off too well writing-wise. I couldn't quite figure out how to work a scene that needed to be cut down and rewritten. But after about three false starts it finally began to come together. I'll probably need to take a second look at it to see if it works, but for now it's done and I can move on. I managed 2,286 words this morning, a vast improvement over yesterday's 559.
Whew. I feel better now. It wasn't an easy writing day, but it was still productive.

I have the same thing happen with NyQuill - except sometimes it's nightmares! No fun.
Glad the writing got better. Perseverance is the key!
I was dreaming about JD Fortune. I have no idea why because while despite my earlier misgivings, I think he just might be right for our band INXS, but I certainly don't feel any hormonal fluctuations when I look at him. He's alright, just way too arrogant for tastes.
Wow! Over 2200 words is awesome! And the fact that you're not feeling the best on top of that just makes it incredible. :)
Nikki...have you ever considered intensive electro shock therapy?
