The I’d Rather Crawl In A Hole Kind of Day

Woke up this morning and went down to write but before I got there I noticed Coop was smacking her lips and drooling, a sure sign of nausea. So I kept an eye on her for a bit. Eventually I went down and turned on the computer. Normally at this point she goes back upstairs and jumps back into bed, but this morning she came down with me and plunked her head on my lap. Needless to say I couldn’t write. I kept looking down at her trying to determine how sick she was, or was about to get, and did I have the cash to pay for a vet bill if she needed it. After about a half hour I turned the computer off and went upstairs to hang out with her on the couch. Other than the nausea, nothing else appears to be wrong, and the nausea isn’t affecting her appetite at all (quelle surprise), but I still worry. I wish I was at home now so I could keep an eye on her, but she seemed to be a little better when I left so I’m hoping whatever was wrong clears up. This is the second time in 3 weeks this has happened though so I’m getting a bit nervous.

Coop! Hope she's feeling better. My dog often does that if I haven't spent enough Pack time on the weekend and it appears that I'm about to go out yet again. Hopefully that's what it is.

I hope Coop is ok! My boxer used to get queasy, too. Dad would always put him in the backyard so he could eat some grass and that would usually settle his stomach.
We always knew he was better when he would climb up on the picnic table and be king of all he could see (well, in his own puppy mind at least).

Maybe she's been eating something that bothers her or she is allergic to.
